It is determined that crimes involving drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ distribution and committed in medical establishments still take place in the drug crime structure. Conditionally, it is possible to divide them into two groups: in the sphere of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ distribution rules violation; license-free activity in the sphere of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ distribution. The directions of National Police operational division’s activity on revealing of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ distribution in medical establishments are examined. During provision of operative services in medical establishments potentially involved in drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ illegal distribution, operational staff has to collect the information in the following areas: use of confidential cooperation, mass media information analysis, including Internet, by means of accessing the documents and data characterizing medical establishment’s activity in this sphere; the question of financial and economic activity verification by State Auditor Service of Ukraine, cooperation with the divisions of State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control of Ukraine responsible for the control of economic subjects compliance to the licensing conditions of economic activity in the sphere of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors’ distribution. The list of documents and data characterizing the activity of medical establishment obligatory for National Police of Ukraine operative staff to be familiarized for the purpose of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors distribution violation facts due identification is presented.
