Pressing issues countering and combating crimes related to terrorist activities to the international community and each country is the further development of national legislation, unification of international law, bilateral and multilateral agreements on cooperation, developments of an international legal assessment of the crimes floor related to terrorist activities, international exchange of experiences on proof in proceedings on crimes related to terrorist activities. Despite the differences in the definition of these offenses in criminal law in many countries provided legal mechanisms that provide opportunities competent authorities to obtain evidence-based information in such criminal proceedings.
