The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of the patterns of the relationship between the processes of social stratification and the processes of victimization of the population, as well as the application of the victimological crime prevention system, taking into account social stratification, which requires continuous study of the indicators of the individual lifestyle and the main activities of the individual and underlies the victimization of various social groups, as well as the relevance of the use of universal techniques that allow to provide a collection of suitable for comparison of CR immunogenic victimization of social groups in Ukraine and foreign countries. Conclusions. Thus, the effectiveness of the use of victimological laws in the practice of the police depends, first of all, on the completeness and timeliness of the identification of the most victim categories of citizens, taking into account the motives, goals and direction of their behavior, personal characteristics, as well as victimological factors and situations that shape their victim behavior and stipulate the commission of crimes against them.
