The article reveals the concept and content of criminalistic characteristics of violent satisfaction of sexual passion in an unnatural way committed against a minor person. The content of this concept is disclosed through the elements of criminalistic characteristics, their main features and interconnections. The notion of the method of committing violent pleasure of sexual passion in an unnatural way with a young person is determined. There are three components determined: the method of preparation, the method of committing and the method of concealing a crime. The classification of the method of committing a crime depending on the mechanism and the concrete actions is given. The definition of the situation of the crime and the trace of a picture is given. Classification of the situation of forced perpetration of sexual predilection by an unnatural way towards a young person is identified and the main factors that influence it are: real, temporal, spatial and behavioral. The concept of a trace pattern of violent satisfaction of sexual predilection by an unnatural way committed against a young person is given. Attention is drawn to the traces of biological origin. The notion of a person of the offender is defined and the main features that are inherent to him are outlined. The classification of the person of the offender is given and the attention is focused on the persons who have a sexual advantage in the form of pedophilia. The types of criminals are determined depending on the motive of the crime: (hedonist, tyrant, cohabitant), the use of aggression (seducer and aggressive criminal) and the nature of actions (infantile, deviant, regressive, and sadistic). The relationship between the behavior of the victim and the nature of her behavior are determined. The basic characteristics inherent to the victim from the specified crime are outlined.
