In 2010, she graduated with honours from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Faculty of Law.
In 2013, she defended her PhD thesis on ‘Incentives in Law: A General Theoretical Study’ in the speciality 12.00.01 - Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines.
In 2018, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws on the topic ‘Legally Significant Behaviour: A General Theoretical Study’ in the speciality 12.00.01 - Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines.
In 2023, she was awarded the academic title of professor.
She is the author and co-author of 147 scientific and educational works, namely: 2 textbooks (co-authored), 6 textbooks (co-authored), 2 monographs, 5 collective monographs, 10 methodological developments, 70 scientific articles (5 of which are published in international journals, 13 in journals included in the Scopus scientometric database) and 52 abstracts at international and national conferences;
Since 2022, she has been the head of the Council of Young Scientists of LvivSIA.
He is a member of the Dissertation Council D 35.725.02 at LvivSIA with the right to confer the degree of Doctor of Science in the scientific specialities 12.00.01 - Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines, 12.00.07 - Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Information Law, 12.00.09 - Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics; Forensic Science; Operational Investigation.
